This role spans a career pathway from Unqualified Teacher through to Senior Lecturer, recognising that strong teaching comes from a range of backgrounds including industry and academic routes.

→ Deliver engaging, industry informed teaching that prepares students for creative careers

→ Support learners to achieve strong outcomes and progression
→ Use digital tools and creative learning methods to enhance delivery
→ Contribute to a positive, professional and creative campus culture
→ Work collaboratively with curriculum teams to improve teaching and outcomes
→ Support student progress, attendance and achievement
→ Take part in enrichment, events and employer engagement activity
→ Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement
→ Work closely with safeguarding and inclusion teams to support learners
→ Represent the college at open events and recruitment activities
→ Level 4 CET or equivalent
→ Strong subject knowledge in a relevant creative discipline
→ Relevant industry experience or equivalent professional background
→ Proven ability to support learners to achieve successful outcomes
→ Confidence delivering engaging, practical and applied teaching
→ Good communication, organisation and digital skills
→ Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and high standards
