The Role

You will lead and inspire the next generation of gaming talent through your planning and delivery of the games curriculum.  You will mark and assess learner projects, setting high expectations and motivating them to be the best they can be. You will be a role model, providing our learners with innovative, practical and employment-led training.

You will ensure a positive learning environment by effectively managing classroom behaviour; using various teaching techniques to engage and motivate students from different backgrounds and abilities.  You will collaborate with others to share best practices and ensure that our learners get the highest quality experience.  You will work with experienced, passionate tutors as well as within a support service provided by our Central Team.

The role is based at our South West campus in Plymouth. This campus has been established for over 20 years as part of dBs Institute, specialising in music production, and over the past few years has expanded its curriculum to become a creative hub for games art & development, and music performance. Working at Access Creative College means working with learners who are engaged, enthusiastic and passionate about the education they are gaining; making their dreams a reality.
