About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and digitally confident Information & Systems Support Officer to join our Information & Systems Team. This role plays a key part in supporting both staff and learners to access, use and get the most from our online learning platforms and information systems.
You will provide first-line support, contribute to the smooth running and development of our systems, and support the creation of data reports and dashboards that inform decision-making across the organisation. This is a varied role, ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a customer-focused mindset and an interest in systems, data and digital learning.
There is genuine opportunity to develop and grow within this role, and we welcome applications from candidates who are keen to learn new skills and expand their technical expertise.
