Student Recruitment Manager - ACC

Contract Type: Permanent/Full Time 

Hours: 37.5 hours per week with hybrid working

Reporting to: Managing Director

Location: Hybrid (based at one of ACC’s sites, with flexibility) (ACC Sites: Birmingham, Bristol, Lincoln, London, Manchester, Norwich, Plymouth)

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Access Creative College is seeking a Student Recruitment Manager to lead our national recruitment strategy for Access Creative College (ACC). This is a key leadership role, responsible for managing a team of Outreach & Events Officers across seven campuses and delivering innovative, inclusive campaigns that provide exceptional applicant experiences from first contact to enrolment.

This is a hybrid role with national responsibilities and requires regular travel and flexibility, including some evening and weekend work.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and lead ACC’s national student recruitment strategy in line with growth targets

  • Manage a high-performing team across multiple campuses, driving collaboration and accountability

  • Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, community partners, and industry stakeholders

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a joined-up, student-focused recruitment journey

  • Use data insights to shape recruitment activities and report impact to senior leadership

  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI across outreach and engagement work


What You Bring

You’ll be a confident strategist and a collaborative team leader with:

  • Proven experience in student recruitment, outreach, or engagement

  • Strong people management and performance development skills

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities

  • A data-driven mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • A passion for supporting young people and an understanding of the creative education landscape
