We’re looking for a strategic and results-focused CRM & Email Marketing Manager to take ownership of our HubSpot CRM and email marketing across the Access Education Group. If you’re passionate about data-driven marketing, email strategy, and lifecycle optimisation, we want to hear from you.

Email Marketing & Campaign Strategy
Plan and deliver email campaigns that nurture prospects from enquiry through to enrolment.
Develop strategic campaign calendars aligned with key student milestones.
Use A/B testing, segmentation, and performance data to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
CRM Ownership & Optimisation
Lead the management and development of our HubSpot CRM to support marketing, admissions, and recruitment.
Maintain data integrity and implement best practices across the organisation.
Support cross-team efforts by optimising workflows, automation, and integrations.
Data-Driven Insight
Analyse CRM and campaign performance, identifying key trends and improvement opportunities.
Produce actionable insights and regular reports for senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with data and systems teams to refine dashboards and reporting tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a strategic partner to Marketing, Admissions, Outreach, and Business Development teams.
Provide training, guidance, and support on HubSpot usage and campaign best practices.
Engage with external vendors as needed to support CRM improvements.
Proven experience managing HubSpot CRM in a fast-paced environment.
Strong background in email marketing, segmentation, and marketing automation.
Skilled in data analysis with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Power BI.
Excellent communication, organisation, and project management abilities.
A positive, proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
Experience in the education or creative sector.
Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy practices.
Familiarity with customer journey mapping, SQL, or BI platforms.
