Campus Receptionist & Administrator
Hours: Full‐time (37.5 hours per week) (occasional early start - hours to be confirmed)
Salary: £26,560 per annum (inc London Weighting)
We're looking for a professional, approachable and highly organised Receptionist & Administrator to join our dynamic campus team. If you're someone who thrives in a busy environment, can juggle multiple priorities without losing your cool, and believes in making everyone who walks through the door feel welcome and supported – this is the role for you.
Main purpose:
To greet learners and visitors in a professional and approachable manner, support the smooth running of reception, ensure campus security procedures are followed, and provide a wide range of administrative support to staff and learners. This role also requires compassion and patience, especially when supporting learners with additional needs.
You’ll be joining a fast-paced, supportive team where no two days are the same. If you’re calm under pressure, thrive in a people-facing role, and are confident managing multiple tasks with a positive attitude, we’d love to hear from you.
